Düsseldorf, 25 July 2018. The German Federal Cartel Office today unconditionally approved the acquisition of a majority stake in Parfümerie Akzente with its online shop parfumdreams by Douglas.

Tina Müller, CEO of Douglas, said: “The decision of the German Federal Cartel Office is good news for Douglas. We are pleased that the acquisition of parfumdreams was approved so quickly and without conditions. This gives us the go-ahead for the transaction, which we expect to close this summer.
