(Senior) International Online & POS Payment Manager (f/m/x)



EXPECT EXCITING TASKS
  • Shaping the roadmap together with the team to achieve best-in-class payment on group wide level throughout all sales channels
  • International project management in the fields of payment with a focus on features and processes according to the latest market trends and corporate development
  • Management of service providers, e.g. payment gateway and network provider
  • Being the interface between the payment team, IT, sales and finance departments
  • Review of the existing and establishment of new reportings incl. identification of measurements and their implementations
  • Monitoring of legal regulations and realization of the necessary business adjustments
  • Improvement of the payment cost structure and negotiations with service providers
  • Preparations of decision templates and further c-level-presentations


WHAT YOU OFFER
  • University degree in Economics/MBA, computer science, business mathematics or a related field; any other commercial or technical background is also welcome
  • Relevant professional experience in retail payment, either on merchant or provider side and project as well as process management
  • Ability of abstraction, strongly data driven and high affinity for IT and process design
  • Being able to think big but not losing the operational focus
  • Good network in the payment space
  • First leading experience (e.g. as project manager of mayor innovations) would be a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent command of English, both in written and spoken plus at least intermediate level of German language
