TASKS WITH IMPACT
As an International Store Experience Project Manager for DOUGLAS, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development and execution of exceptional store experiences across multiple countries. Your role will involve working closely with various stakeholders, including country teams, retail operations, visual merchandising, marketing, and design, to ensure a consistent and captivating brand experience for customers in international locations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about retail, experienced in project management, and enthusiastic about the beauty industry.
- Strategy Development: You collaborate with the retail team and country managers to develop the strategic roadmap for international store experiences aligned with the brand's objectives and local market needs.
- Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of store experience projects, from concept development to final implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and effectively communicate with country teams, retail operations, marketing, visual merchandising, and external suppliers to ensure alignment, gather feedback, and drive collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Store Design and Layout: Work closely with our store designers to develop innovative store layouts, fixtures, and visual merchandising strategies that enhance the customer experience, drive sales, and reflect the brand's values and identity.
- Customer Journey Enhancement: Continuously analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor insights to identify opportunities for improving the overall customer journey and experience within stores.
- Training and Guidelines: Develop comprehensive training programs and guidelines for store staff, ensuring consistent implementation of brand standards, product knowledge, and customer service excellence across all international locations.
- Performance Measurement: Define and implement metrics and KPIs to measure the success of store experience projects, tracking customer satisfaction, sales performance, and other relevant indicators, and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Travel and Country Support: Occasionally travel to international locations to provide on-site support, conduct store visits, and facilitate the implementation of store experience initiatives.
YOUR ADDED VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, retail management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the retail or beauty industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs and propose innovative solutions.
- Passion for retail, beauty industry, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to travel internationally as required.
